Text of Complaint by Deep kumar Deb:

i went to the Airtel store in Bahadurgarh, Shyamji complex , ground floor for taking 3 new connections, they first took the full amount of ₹1500 and the they activated the first SIM instantly but after that both of them started playing PUBG and then they didn’t even bother to ask the customers for their query. I said that I dnt have so much of time to wait for you guys to complete the game, on that one of them handed over a phone and said fill your details by your own. I was not in a mood to argue with those stupid executives so I did everything of my own and the work which could be completed within 10 min took more then 40 min.

I am extremely hurt on seeing a bright company like Airtel loosing customers because of such stupid and irresponsible executives who don’t even realise their responsibility and their position of representing AIRTEL.

I will suggest the company to take quick actions on such irresponsible behaviour of such executives otherwise the company will lose its existence.
