Hi Skyscanner Team,
Please Sir i am your Customer from long time.
Please purchased tickets online from your Skyscanner website and I also paid extra for insurance.
Booking Reference is:19403827
And purchased Date is: 03/11/2021
I was Travelled to Pakistan dated: 09/11/2021
But Problem is my return Flight is cancelled by Thai Airline.
TG346 Thai Airways cancelled the return Flight of TG 346
Airline Booking Reference is: TG346 That’s reason I also lose the connecting Flight of Qantas QF24 Dated: 04/02/2022 Bangkok To Sydney.
Now Main supporting and favourable point is i paid extra for inssurance with each ticket via your website.

Please i request to your Team for ask to TravelGenio for New reservation of return Tickets for return Flight for same passengers.
After cancelation of flight Feb Flight i stuck in overseas because of unresponsive behavior of your Agent Travelgenio.
Please i am very disturbed i trust on your website and purchased my family Tickets from your website but this company is very bad for us not any proper response from Travelgenio.
I already many of emails to your TeamGenio.
Please ask Travelgenio to rebook my return Flight from Lahore to Sydney for any date during 20th of July to 30th July 2022.
