A builder call TGS Construction owned by Mandeep Kaur has taken booking amount from me promising for delivering a flat in HSR Layout name TGS Dallas. I booked in the year 07.01.2015.The amount is Rs.13,80,000 .I visited the builders offices every month twice to get the update. Once I have decided to cancel; I went there they have given in the written in the mail to give time for 3 months to start the project if failed they will return money with rbi rule for applicable interest. After waiting one and half year I didn’t see any progress when I asked they keep on lying next month they will start construction .The Next Month promises never came after one and half year. When I pressurise them they forced me to cancel the booking and they said to give 8% interest. So I cancelled. After cancelling they are not agreed to pay me the interest and they have given cheques of the total booking amount. Each below cheque deposited has been returned due to FUNDS INSUFFICIENT. The Builder is not returning money and playing with me. I need help for getting my complete money with 8% interest as said in the mou. Below listed cheque numbers are from Axis bank which is returned due to FUNDS INSUFFICIENT.
