Respected Sir,
My name is vishnu and I want to complaint against Riva Solution. I was contacted from Riva Solution by a lady asking if i want to do a form filling job. I also said him yes, the job was to complete 800 forms in 7days. If it is 90% accuracy, then they will make pay me RS.24000 and will deduct Rs.5100 from it as there fees.But if not completed, i have to pay them Rs.5100 as penalty. I have start the work in 23rd January 2022 and Submit the work in 29th January 2022. I completed within 7 days.But they said that i don’t have 90%accuracy so you have to pay the penalty amount. Yesterday i got a mail from Advocate Rupesh Nayak, Advocate Associate, Vapi cibil court, 241/d,Near Morarji Circle, opp. Umedica lab,Main road, Vapi Gujarat-396195.This is the Advocate details.This Advocate sent a mail to me.After he calls me ,he said that if i doesn’t pay the penalty ,he said that he will take legal actions against me.I am afraid of that, i have to pay Rs.8650 including penalty and legal charges.After that he said that Rs.30000 extra paid to him. Iam totally depressed ,i don’t have such amount ,i ask to him.After that
This Advocate mentally and emotionally tortured me from call.He blackmails me for if i doesn’t pay the amount ,he will ruin my whole career and life. I am totally depressed and mentally tortured by them.I think now this is fake.If it is fake or not.I don’t know how to do.I can attach image of the mail by Advocate associate.Please ,it is my humble request to look into matter with this huge scam which they are playing with innocent people have no jobs.Please take remedial actions against these fraudulent activities.
