A few months back, due to an emergency, I took a loan from some companies or NBFCs.
I began rotating the loans, and in the process, the outstanding amount became so excessive that my salary is insufficient to repay them. Some of the lenders offered settlement options, and I have closed those accounts accordingly.
However, a few of them ( Fundobaba, salary setu) are harassing me due to a delay in payment. They are threatening to send an email to my HR department disclosing my financial status and also threatening to call my contacts, which they accessed without my consent.”
I would like to inquire whether there is any way to stop this harassment and obtain some time to repay or settle the outstanding loans
