Respected sir/madam
I want to complaint against FNA solutions. I was contected from an FNA solutions employee named Mr. Pavan (Mobile no. 8657742260). He ask me to join a captcha typing job. Where I will be getting 18500 for completing 10000 captcha in 10 days . I said yes for it. then I got a mail which is a spam one and he told me to send him a screenshot of it and my voter ID and my signature along with it. He said if I complete the work then I’ll get paid otherwise not. I said okay. Next day I called him and ask him about my work because he didn’t give me any work or any link or any user id and password for it.
After that he said he will give me as soon as possible. In evening time he gave me the id and password but not any link. I called him immediately but no-one responded. That’s why I waited and on the next day I called him again but somebody else took the call and said that ill get the link shortly. But I didn’t get any link. After that day I called him again on the next days but the phone was switched off. That’s why I thought it was a fake company or a fraud call ..so I ignored it.
But today I got a call from the legal department ( Mr Punit Gupta) that I have to pay them the penalty of 7550 rupees. Which I didn’t informed about. And they are keep threatening me by saying that it’s a legal matter. And I have to pay them before 1 o’clock today afternoon (4th November,2020) otherwise they will file a legal notice against me. I am very scared because I am a student. I need some help on this matter.
Therefore I’m requesting you to help me out on this matter.
