I have purchased USB rechargeable wireless portable vacuum cleaner from Eezee shop in online Cash on delivery (COD) for Rs.999 vide order No. #BS87436 dt.12th Aug’23. The item is very poor quality and it is looking like a toy…the item further is totally different from the one which was shown in video. I want to return the item and claim for refund…
And however i am clueless whom to approach….Pls help me in getting the refund of Rs.999 at the earliest.

And most important thing is that Eezee Shop customer care representative ask to download rustdesk application from play store to refund but in reality this type of application is used to remote control of your phone and provide access to these fraud persons.
Finally this is the fraud companies.
