I AM UNABLE TO SEND TEXT MESSAGES – I ESTIMATE THAT THE PROBLEM BEGAN AROUND 28-30 AUGUST 2020.
MY PHONE SHOWS ‘GPRS’ AT TOP RIGHT CORNER A LOT OF THE TIME.
NOTE: I LIVE IN TANGA REGION, MKINGA DISTRICT – THE SIGNAL HAS NEVER BEEN GREAT (NO 3G EVER AVAILABLE) BUT HAS SUPPORTED CALLS & TEXTS (texts until recently)
