I Vivekanand M Maindkar, I am writing this complaint regarding text message service should be provided in 49 or 79rs as before it was providing 100 message service in that recharge itself.
But now there is no text message service is available, due to this unnecessarily I have to recharge with unlimited packs.
Sir/ Madam I request you to please to provide that service again atleast 50 message service should be provided in 49/79 rs recharge packs. This is necessary because sometime in Emergency we have to send text messages in some conditions so I request you to please provide again text messaging service in 49/79 rs recharge pack itself
Sir/Madam I hope you will help me for this purpose as soon as possible.
