I purchased a Sony TV from Shri Meenakshi fan house Private Limited in Karaikudi on 28th April 2023 with a 1+2 year extended warranty within few days a vertical line issue arose on 02 May 2023, and they replaced the TV.Unfortunately, before my warranty expires the same problem resurfaced on NOV 06th 2023, and now they insist on repairing the Display and ask us to accept it as it is a Electronic Product, instead of providing a New replacement, . Despite possessing a valid warranty card, they are unwilling to furnish a Brand New TV. I am disheartened by their response and seek your assistance in addressing this matter against the shop and Sony INDIA. I will attach the shop address and email conversations for your reference
