I have done an online bus journey booking with Chouhan Travels on Redbus booking platform. Date of journey Fr 2nd Jun 23 Indore to Thane &I was allocated seaT no 31L
The condition of the berth was a horrific and unsafe to travel . There were metal rusted parts exposed with hardly any space to move. There was single AC vent which was not working.There was an awful smell emanating in the cabin with also no lights, switch not working. I could not sleep a minute, neither could sit as there was no head space. I complained to the driver and the attendant,however they showed no empathy, Infact they gave such casual response like .” Two people can easily accommodate, they themselves sleep in the cabin and it’s my fault that I have done this online booking. They also said that there is nothing they can do about it and I have to complain to the company. I have paid a ticket price of R.2340/- for this horrific , unsafe , miserable journey. I have taken the pictures of the cabin along with the Bus no MP 09 FA 9695. Am recording this complaint while on the journey as there is no scope to sleep or rest in the cabin. Am sure at the end of the journey am surely going to fall ill of fatigue . Such a serious complaint needs to be addressed to the stake holders and they to be penalized. They have to refund me the entire Ticket amount along with the cost of mental agony I have experienced
