Text of Complaint by Alicja:

I did not receive the dress I ordered. I got a terrible bug. The seller proposes to send the goods back to him, and they will refund me 45% of the sum. There is no question of exchanging the goods for the right one. I paid 100% of the sum and I am to receive 45%. It is unfair.
