Dear Sir/Mam and All Concerned,
This is to inform you that I was working in M/S SunEdison Infrastructure Ltd, Chennai and converted my personal number +91 9836050345 to corporate connection.
Subsequently I left the company on 15th April and shifted back to my home town Ghaziabad.
I have requested for regional porting from Airtel Chennai to Airtel Delhi NCR for the last 7 months and the following are the incidents and I am totally harassed by Airtel Stores in Indirapuram Ghaziabad adjacent to Aditya Mall.
1. Asked for port formalities and I was told wrong information.
2. Subsequently I again visited stores and got the format of the letter.
3. Arranged the letter and provided my I’ds about a month ago and a porting request was submitted.
4. Porting request was rejected due to the wrong letter format.
5. Again collected the correct format from the same store and re submitted the letter with new port code on 21/08.
6. I visited the store again on 27th Aug and enquired the same and I was told that the last request was not rejected by the system before 37 days. Hence I have to wait and again resubmit the same after 37 days.
7, After leaving the company I have paid more than my portion of the bill (Rs 600/- on 17/11 and Rs 300/- on 19/10). Average monthly bill is Rs 300/-. However, there are outstanding from the company o/a other numbers and multiple numbers are in an account. Airtel disconnected my number and barred the outgoing call. After repeated requests they refused to resume my number and refused to understand the problem. I have requested that all my banks are linked with this number and I am unable to make any transactions and having serious difficulties. However, they refused any solution and asked for total payment which is not in my hand as I left the company.
I feel the above incidents are nothing but complete harassment.
I am looking to resume my service and to port my number from Airtel Chennai to Airtel Delhi.
I am facing great difficulties, as I am not the organisation, after bill generation I’ll not be able to generate new port code and from the company is extremely difficult for the same reason.
In my family I have other postpaid and broadband connections (9971322298 / 9339010029 and two broadband connections) and monthly payment together is about Rs 7000/-.
If the above request is not sorted out I’ll change the operator for all my existing connections.
Hope you’ll take appropriate and prompt action to sort this matter out.
I am sorry to mention that this kind of service is never expected from Airtel.
