Team, please help to terminate my connection no 8828136613. The SIM is not working and I don’t want to continue the connection. I am unable to reach any helpline number or mail. Mobile apps and chat options are asking for OTP, which I can’t get since the SIM is not working and the call center is not reaching as all calls are directed to IVR which does not have an option at all for service issue and termination of connection. Please help to terminate this connection with immediate effect.
