I had a business contract with JustDial. I was not happy with the services and asked them to terminate my contract multiple times. They refused to do and continuously hit ECS in my account. Once they said it was terminated by August 2019 and won’t be hitting ECS again. But from December 2019 they are hitting ECS for more than 10 times a month I have lost 25,000 just for ECS Bounce Charges. their customer executives are talking rude and threatening.
