Dear Sir we have term loan running with Aditya Birla finance limited and we have requested on 29th oct for foreclosure letter and we were informed that response shall be shared by 9th nov however till date there is no reply from Aditya birla on calling customer care they confirmed due to system glitch request closed and customer care asked us to visit nearest Branch we visited the Janak Puri they further told us to visit noida branch when we request that we can’t visit there and our request can be forwarded there from Janak Puri branch same was declined and when I again wrote to customer care to provide foreclosure letter they again mentioned same shall be shared by 9th dec and 15th dec is our next emi date…. We request you to please help us in arranging the foreclosure letter from Aditya Birla
