My father gave his friends house for rent with agreement papers. Tenant is not giving rent for more than 1 year. My father had stroke and couldn’t go to ooty to solve this matter and this is upsetting his mental health a lot. Recently came to know that tenant have many police cases and is a fraud. My father’s friend is a malayalee and does not know anyone there other than my father and doesn’t know Tamil to move this forward and get his rented property. My father have 3 girls and we do not what to do to solve this. Agreement attached.
