Hi Team,
Recently I post advertisement on Housing.com on 03.07.2023 and i got a call from a person names Akshay kumar chennamaneni who is looking for a flat for rent in Bangalore and he told me that he is currently in Indian Army posted as lieutenant in hyderabad and will be shifting to Bangalore soon. He told me that he do not want to see the flat physically and he & his wife like the flat pictures. He seems to be in very hurry to book the flat and want to transfer Deposit money immediately. He also told me that the amount will get transferred from Indian Army account I got suspicious with this statement and started looking for more information at google, he did similar scams with many and i hound same ID cards on google as fake.One more fraud no. as Avdhesh Kumar and Jain Parveen from army send enquiry I blocked both the no.
Somehow i escaped the money laundering fraud techique used by a person who is pretending to be Indian Army lieutenant.
