Recently I post adv on 99acre,on 24.04.2023 and i got a call from a person names Akshay kumar chennamaneni who is looking for a flat for rent in Chembur and he told me that he is currently in Indian Army posted as lieutenant in hyderabad and will be shifting to Mumbai soon. He told me that he do not want to see the flat physically and he & his wife like the flat pictures. He seems to be in very hurry to book the flat and want to transfer Deposit money immediately. He also told me that the amount will get transferred from Indian Army account I got suspicious with this statement and started looking for more information at google,he did similar scams with many and i hound same ID cards on google as fake.One more fraud no. as Deepak pawar from army send enquiry I blocked both the no.
Somehow i escaped the money laundering fraud techique used by a person who is pretending to be Indian Army lieutenant.
The same guy named Akshay Kumar Chennamaneni posing as Army Captain called me to rent my property in Bangalore with similar statement. He sent his PAN card and Aadhar card for starting transactions on Gpay. Luckily, I got this information from google and came to know as fraudster and blocked his number. He called me from mobile no: +916290752439.

I got call from this same guy, same ids and same modus operandi.
Army will transfer amount. I got doubt when he said his captain sir will call me, he himself is showing id card as captain then why will same rank call. Why would Army get involved in rental payments.
I got suspecious and did some googling and shocked to see this is a fraud and i am lucky i am saved.

This is the same guy (Akshay kumar chennamaneni) who tried to call me and ready to transfer security deposit through amry merchant account by introducing Jora Singh , which is very strange and clearly a scam.. Please keep away from these guys . They called me on +91 91019 53131 and +91 96922 76251
Same person contact me.and very eager to transfer rent amount. But I checked his scam by searching his name on Google.he told me he is doctor and transfer in bharuch central government hospital next week..but here no central government hospital. I caught his lie.he got my number from 99 acer

guys be alert he is scammer from jamtara narayanpur , dont talk to stranger and never share ur gpay , other details i also got call from him
I received the same call with the same details. Blocked his number from wapp. However, it is the responsibility of the consumer court and police to action at the earliest possible.

I got a call from the same guy and the same ID’s posted as above. I have added the account deleted on time after checking this post. That guy was saying MBBS and could not speak English properly. They don’t give us time to think. Thanks for the post.

Same happened with me, yesterday I post adv on Housing.com and got a call from Akshay kumar chennamaneni from 8249932433 who is looking for a flat for rent in Taloja and he told me that he is currently in Indian Army posted as lieutenant in Dehradun and will be shifting to Taloja Army camp on 20th. in very hurry and ready to do the payment from Army on spot. Thanks for the post. This can save many.

Same happened with me. Same guy called me and told that he is interested in renting my property in my native via olx. He asked me to do some transactions from GPay. I got suspicious and didn’t do. His number : 9692238237

The same person is still trying to scam people using the same IDs:
I posted a property in housing.com and got a call from this number 95559 28623. The person said he is from Hyderabad and is relocating so needs a house and would like to finalize my apartment. He said he is from the army and his officer would pay the deposit once I share the bank details with him. He provided fake aadhar, pan and army card too. When I asked for his family’s aadhar card, he said he will give later. I searched his name on Google and got an complaint raised by someone else too about the same person using same I’d proofs. Please beware of such scams going on .
I think he has become aware and they are now using another name Randip Singh with aadhar number 638031995565. The army id too is different so please be very careful and remember you don’t need to put a UPI pin to receive any money from a tenant.
