I am stuck in another city and am unable to use broadband Internet. Still I cleared all bills for last 2 months.
Now I am unable to reach out to customer care to discuss my problem. And there is simply no option to raise a request for thing I need anywhere on Airtel app.
I raised a general complaint.
After 15 days a customer care executive called me, I told him my problem and requirement. He said he had activated SAFE CUSTODY on my airtel broadband. Despite this nothing got activated.
Several other times I tried to reach out to airtel via call and email but no response.
Reached out to Nodal Team, they responded saying this service request is not related to what my requirement is and did not respond further. Even I requested I can’t locate right forum/issue to raise my problem. But it fell on deaf ears.
