I hv been chrged rs10 for access to telsync games, which I hv never selected. No VAS are active on my phone. Still this money is deducted.

I have been charged Rs 7 weekly for access bcafe Portal, Games & Videos. Which I have never selected. I already sent msg to STOP..155223… Result showing No VAS activated…
