I have taken an Airtel black (broadband and DTH) connection.
First of all the salesman told us to lie on below things
1. He told us that the initial payment will occur for 2 months and installation charges are free. But the connection worked only for 1 month and in that 1 month, I got 60rs extra bill.
2. Then he told us that we can stop/restart the internet services anytime without paying anything.
Now I have raised a request to cancel the connection but still, the connection is active and they are taking 20 days to cancel it. Also, the bill is showing on my number.
This is really the worst experience, I have faced with Airtel. Please do the needful.
