Dear Sir/Madam,
I was the victim of an online scam involving impersonation of 1xBet customer support.
On 24/04/2025 I had tweeted or searched for support related to 1xBet regarding a withdrawal issue. Soon after, a person contacted me on Telegram, claiming to be from 1xBet support.
He told me that to process my ₹8,000 withdrawal, I must first send ₹5,000, or my account would be blocked. I refused to pay. Later, I found that my 1xBet account had been blocked.
I now realize this was a fraud by someone pretending to be official support.
I did not share any OTP or bank account details, but I did provide my mobile number and email ID linked to my 1xBet account.
The scammer used Telegram with the following details:
I am attaching screenshots of the Telegram chat as proof.
Kindly investigate this scam and take appropriate action. I am ready to cooperate fully with further investigation.
