They froze my money and now asking more money to open again

DigiLoom exchange Investment Management co ltd and also called as Indicoin exchange india private ltd. Is a fraud company they eat my Rs 2532613.8 . They are not allowing to withdraw my amount now asking another 10L rupees to process the withdrawal.

Did you guys receive any solution or whether the amount is refunded. Even I lost my money in this. If you have received your money back please guide me.
