Hi,
Before 1-2 months, my Telegram unexpectedly went down and I was unable to log in again. I tried contacting the Telegram team through their website, but received no response. then it log in again after a couple of days, but all of my previous data is gone. When I contact customer service through their website, I should write “Why my data was erased and can you recover this?” but neither the app support team nor email received a response.
