Telegram mobile application which is available in Google play store. Which have fraud channel on the name of custom shop. This custom shop channel controlled by the admin name @VinayCustom . this channel advertising the electronics item like mobile, laptop, camera, tablet etc for shalling in cheap price. This @VinayCustom taking money from the customer for providing electronics item but this @VinayCustom doesn’t dispatched the same orderd item. This channel fraudulently taking money from the customers. It has false courier service name BH-CURIER and it’s number is 24287437. @VinayCustom is controlled by fraud individual name Vinay Kumar, and his account details is Paytm Payments Bank

I had orderd one mobile on price of rupees 7000/- and first I had transferred 3500 rupees for booking the same mobile to the Vinay Kumar account and as he told rest 3500 amount to be transferred after dispatched of the mobile. The rest 3500 rupees was transferred to Vinay Kumar when he sent me the false courier message to me, but actually he didn’t dispatched the booked mobile to me. Please take necessary action against Vinay Kumar as well as Telegram application as why this application allowed fraud personnel to create a fake marketing channel.
