Telegram channel Q7 trading solutions non sebi registered telegram channel took money 12000 from me and he bloked me and not answering any questions ..
Also with help of his team member they are abusing me.
Q7 trading solutions sent me legal notice for fraud asking 1lakh compensation.

For how they are cheated to me and now blackmail to me with help legal notice .
1. In reference to the complaint posted over here by Mr. Rajnish Dwivedi, this is to inform you’re your action is self-explanatory of your deeds.
2. The fact after getting the legal notice from Q7 Trading Solutions on 11.09.22 at 3:37 pm, on the same very day at 4:25 pm you have returned the money through phonepe to the person from whom you have obtained it by impersonating Q7 Trading Solutions.
3. That now Mr. Rajnish Dwivedi is to put into strict proof that the person to whom he has returned the money is an employee/agent of Q7 Trading Solutions else it will be amounted to misleading, spreading rumour and will further invite into initiating strict legal action.
4. On the contrary there is documentary proof that Mr. Rajnish Dwivedi has himself asked the person to send him the money. His name is Sahik Khadar Vali and he is a client of my client. We have all the proof of his being a client and been asked to send money in his account by impersonating my client i.e. Q7 Trading Solutions.
5. Further, legal notice is not meant for blackmailing. It is meant for warning to refrain from the wrongs or there will be consequences. Choice is upon the receiver!
6. This platform is meant for ensuring justice and not to mislead or misrepresenting the general public. Further on the context of blocking you from my client’s telegram channel is fully reserved with my client as you lost your right for being in the channel instantly after you were caught of obtaining money from people in the name of my client and after that blocking them.
7. Mr. Dwivedi, you are also required to proof where my client has contacted you to obtain money from the person? It’s you on the other hand who has himself impersonated my client to take money from the common public or from the existing clients.
8. That Mr. Dwivedi is requested either to prove that the person to whom you have returned the money is an employee or an agent of Q7 Trading Solutions within 7 days of publication of this reply else this consumer complaint should be recalled back while tendering an apology.
9. Aside, sooner or the later necessary litigation will be initiated against him for defaming Q7 Trading Solutions on the pretext of false and misleading statement.
In furtherance, we have lodged a cyber crime complaint on 02.10.22 before the Asansol Cyber Police Station against Mr. Rajnish Dwivedi for obtaining money from people in the name of Q7 Trading Solutions and thereafter blocking them from his fake telegram channel which he opened matching to Q7 Trading Solutions’ name. The complaint acknowledgement number is 23210220024127. In case this site accommodate us to upload the cyber complaint, we would have uploaded it.
Further our client i.e. Q7 Trading Solutions have given us instruction to file a compensation suit amounting to Rs 10,00,000/- against Mr. Rajnish Dwivedi, which will be executed as and when court reopens after this Puja vacation.
We would request the moderator of this site and the general public as a whole to deal with this particular post sensitively as the matter is under sub judice.
Any comment passed against our client in an irresponsible manner will be amounted to insentivity and will be dealt with accordingly.
