Last year, I was using Tata photon: 9216100185 with account number 990366320. I disconnected it and had a payment of Rs 1676 rs to pay.
I paid Rs 1772 on 11-Oct-2016. On 27-Oct-2016, I received an email that 96 rs credited to my account as I paid 96rs more than due amount.
For more than 6 months, nothing happened and now they sent me legal notice claiming Rs. 3176.
After getting the notice, I went to visit Tata photon office whose address was mentioned in notice, I got to know the office was closed from last 6 months.
I asked them to check their accounts, few days back they found the transaction details but updated it to the wrong account number. When I told them to update the transaction with correct account number they are again saying no payment was made.

If you need any proofs of the payment I have all of them. Please help in sorting it out.
