I have added 500 rupees for 4-5 times to this game and the amount has been debited from my bank account but I got a popup in the game that the transaction has been failed.
I sent the screenshots to the customer service of the game but there is no response.
Over the internet I saw that there are lot of complaints registered against that game which means they are doing fraud with everyone. Kindly take a strict action.
