I won 6500 on this game and I withdraw it and it’s showing that it will take 72 hours to complite transaction after 72 hours they failed my withdraw without giving any reason . Then I again withdraw my winning amount they same process is repeating ( take 72 hours to complite transaction they they failed it again) failed my withdraw , they are not providing any coustomer helpline . In coustomer care they just providing assistance to add amount but for withdraw no assistance is provided . ace to play has doing fraud in many ways they have games ( teen patti rush card, teen patti gie, teen patti clue, teen patti one and many more) law must take action to such fraudulent company and help us to get back our winnings. they send emails on gane that you wiii get winning amount in 72 hours and told us to be patient
