I have recharged Rs.11000 to online card game by the name of TEEN PATTI RICO and now I am not able to withdraw money from app after sending multiple messages and email they are not responding. They have desable UPI window and i am not able to save my bank account to withdraw because they are not sending OTP to my registered number. Please look into the matter and do the needful
