Technocraft Solution is a fraud company as per given assignment of completing 700 form in 7 days and by submitting it I completed the whole assignment and received the pdf of the same but couldn’t submit it as it showed QC report pending I called them so many times which the company member never received the call nor the helpline number mentioned.
Later after 2days when I emailed them to send my pay off they gave me quick reply by saying I need to pay Rs.4700/- to them for not completing my assignment and as they have taken my adhar card photo while registration.
Now they are mentally harassing me. By sending messages regarding filing FIR against me under section 73&74.
Now I want to file FIR under section 420 against them for distinction between CHEATING and BREACH OF CONTRACT
