I am Hrithik Gaikwad. I reaceived a message from Technocraft Solutions agent for a data entry job. 700 forms to be filled and minimum 630 should be correct was the condition. It was to be completed by 2nd November in 7 days. I did 194 forms then I had a technical issue for one day, when I tried to contact the agent she did not reply to either my calls of my messsages. After one day the issue automatically got fixed. I completed around 200 after it got fixed then I fell sick so sick thst barely could move. I again tried to call the agent to cancel the contract again similar condition they did not reply. I became fine today itself. I received a email that a case has been filed against me for Breaching of Contract without any prior information. And I have to pay Rs.7580 as fine and after an hour I received a message that I’ll have to pay the company as well as court and come for a hearing next week and I’ll receive a notice in 6 days.
