I got a call from the company for data entry which stated I have to complete 500 forms in 5 days, 30 rs per form. And the min. earning will be 12750/- and max will be 15000/-. 85% accuracy is the required, incomplete submission is not accepted.
And if we don’t complete the company may charge us 7999/- as per the contract.
And as I started the work I got to know that i wont be able to complete the work so I stopped and said them no for the job. Now I’m receiving these messages from
them :
“THIS YOUR LEGAL CASE ID KCRST-273849-2022 IS GOING FOR LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. KINDLY HIRE A LAWYER AND GO FOR FURTHER PROCESS. WE AT TECHNO SPEED ARE GOING WITH LEGAL PROCEEDINGS UNDER SECTION 73 IN THE INDIAN CONTRACT ACT, 1872. DUE TO VIOLATING THE CONTRACT. REGARDS, LAW FIRM 8962195262(EXPERTISE IN cibil CASES)

AND ONCE IT IS TRANSPIRED TO CRIMINAL CONTEMPT THAN YOU’VE TO PAY FOR CRIMINAL CONTEMPT WHICH WOULD BE ROUND ABOUT 80,000 AND FOR CONTEMPT OF ARBITRARY TRIBUNAL CASE WILL BE ESCALATED TO MINISTRY OF LAW AND JUSTICE AND MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS.
