I have raised a service request for water purifier on 15th of April 2022, till date i am doing regular follow up but no technician has attended to resolve the issue, when calling the customer service they simply reply that they are working on it but found no result. They are hust passing time, i have paid them Rs.5800 as Annual Maintenance charges, Eureka forbes being such irresponsible never expected this. Please help me in resolving the issue.
