Text of Complaint by Aditya sharma:

On May 4th I have registered a raised a request for servicing of the Eureka Forbes water purifier and it almost May 18th and it haven’t been sorted out, poor customer handling technician has zero knowledge regarding the unit and escalated the work. It is so difficult to live without water.
