Dear Sir,
I would like to escalate that I have raised a complaint one week before towards which I have received servals calls from service centre team that we have acknowledged your complaint and the executive will visit your premises. Mr. Kapil has visited my premises Kapil demanded money or said that you should get the complaint closed or get the complaint canceled, if you do not do this then the company will cancel your complaint by making commercial use of it. and told me you but still no response from his side. We are facing trouble. So requested you to clear the status whether the company is willing to serve or not. Details of my complaints are mentioned below
