Text of Complaint by R SATHESH:

Dear sir/mam, I used paynearby application for doing recharge and banking work. Last 14/12/2020 I done a airtel recharge rs. 598 for customer. Transaction success but customer side not received recharge amount. Airtel side they clearly told me they not received amount. So I put complaint for this problem to paynearby. They are not replying me. Again I called paynearby customer care. Someone attend the call and he told I want to put customer airtel last five transaction details. Then I put that also. After that no response from paynearby. Again and again I called paynearby customer care they are not helping me for my amount. More then 10times I called for this problem. After that I put another one complaint against some other problem its not related to refund they responded that 2nd complaint only because it’s not refund related that’s why they closed the 2nd complaint. But first complaint not respond me. I want to know who is waiting for more then 10days for recharge. I face lot of problem from customer side.  But customer care of paynearby not helping me. Kindly help me to clear my problem. And kindly give punishment to paynearby for worst service. I need my amount back and paynearby worst service they want to give 1 lakh for me.
