Dear Sir, I have logged complaint for technical service request for tata sky dry on dtd 30th October at 9 am accordingly I have received msg for techical assistance visit on 31st October between 3:30pm to 4:00 pm but till date no technical person visit us and resulting unable to view tata sky dth. Even I again and again called customer care executive but they only give me asssuranc within 2hrs technical person will visit. They broke their promise to resolve complants within 24hrs. Sir please help me out from this mental harrashment and loss.
