My wife’s phone has network related issue which pops up as an alert almost every 30 seconds which has become a pain. We have been contacting the customer care but no avail. Not just has the Airtel network worsened, so is their customer service. I have been trying to contact them to resolve an issue for the last three days. Except for the long waiting hours and automated responses there has been no response. Tall promises is all that they make but there is a stark difference in the ground reality. I have been an Airtel user for 8 years, it’s time to rethink.
