I have taken a course from Medvarsity online pvt Ltd. They made me take the course on emi basis saying you will get it in discount through TCPL bank. Gowtham was the name of the person who was the salesguy/mentor assigned to me.After I took my course Medvarsity isn’t replying to any messages nor giving reply about offline hospital program where I have to work for 3 months. They are saying I cancelled it but I just said I’ll do it later time. It’s total scam I came to know later through other students who are facing same issue.The apollo hospital doctors mentioned in the course are not associated with Medvarsity at all. It’s all just lies. After repeated calls and messages to cancel my course because they are not giving me what they promised and the whole online course is also fake they are not cancelling my course , the customer care guy was not letting me cancel and telling me to do the course even if I don’t want the certificate or the course. The bank is harassing me to pay the amount even when I told I’m cancelling the course it’s a scam. They are saying they are not associated with Medvarsity or their products and don’t care about anything else. How is this possible when Medvarsity was the one who had tie up with TCPL. The whole thing is just scam. I’m being pressuried to pay emi for a scam and I don’t get anything in return from. I’m facing sudden medical expenses and personal issues and request to cancel my course and I request TCPL to cancel my loan for this scam product by Medvarsity.
