On 4th July 2021, I have made online payment via Paytm, to 8370818538.wallet@paytm
the amount is 299 rupees.
By evening 20:53 I received mail with my USer ID and Password.
Since Today morning I can’t access to my work, since there is no authentication number provided by them,
Also there is no such data which is advertised in their demo work.
They have one application in zipped format which needs to be downloaded, after completion of download, it doesn’t give any authentication number to carry ahead the task.
on above there is no customer support for the same.
Only website support submission is available, which clearly mentions after submitting the complain, it says due to Covid, no support is available.
