I got a call from tech caster company and they said me to fill 700 forms and you will get 21000 after 7 days and your registration fee will be deducted from your first salary and you will get 15500.After that they made an agreement and gave me I’d and password through email. I got to do my work through laptop and realized its fake, then i login with my mobile and it got deactivated. I asked him, he said you have to pay 7500 for reactivating your account. He said you have to pay 5500 as security amount which will be refunded to you if you don’t complete your work within 7 days. I ignored and now one girl called and said me that complaint have been registered you have to pay 5000 or else you will have to pay 100000 sum in the court. I have blocked every num and will see what they will do next.

They’ll ignore ur call and later call that you’ve violated the rule and ask u for money

same question to me, actually we have to be sue on them for the customer harrasment.
this is completely fraud site, while they introducing about the work they, not provide complete information, about charges and after taking if proof and sign they made agreement, i try to cancelled the agreement, but after making agreement no one picked up call for cancellation for the same. then, after i got mail from legal department like this.(I request you to all DO NOT share your id proof and do not make any such agreement.)
IT IS TOTALLY FRAUD SITE.(I have attached some proof below which i recd from their legal dept,for recovery of their payment.)

We Are Serious For Our Client TECHCASTER COMPANY Loss Of Their Work. Now You Need To Pay An Amount As Per Law. As Per An Indian Penal Code Section 420 Shall Be Imposed On You If You Abscond From The Situation. Now You Don’t Pay That Amount What Our Client Is Demanding For Then, You Need To Pay Double Amount And Legal Notice Will Be Issued to You. Still You Fail To Pay This Amount Then, We Will Call You Here For Legal Proceedings.
SECTION 73. imposes a duty on the party seeking damages to mitigate its loss ,

SECTION 75. Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation A person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfillment of the contract.
Section 45 Coercion Act Shall Be Imposed On You,If You Try To Coerce Our Client Our Client Is Sole Proprietor And If You Don’t Follow Any Of Our Advice Then, Arbitrary Act As Per Article 14 Shall Imposed On You. Court Will Select An Arbitration And At That Time You Might Need To Pay 97899/- For Total Loss. We Want You To Cooperate With Our Client. Please Make Payment As Early As Possible And Must Be Reply Or You File Will Submit At Court For Further Process.
