I have one desktop, two laptops, a smart phone, & tablet I’m using for personal use (free @ home) & have assigned to each a separate email.
For whatever reason, I’m (flagged?) for commercial use & any attempt to remedy THEIR mistake has been met w/ non-existent customer support unless I pay for a commercial license.
The most recent complaint I must make is when trying to access one computer remotely the moment it connects it shuts down the computer logging onto the other.
This really reeks of invasion of privacy & all could easily be remedied if they would adhere to the adage:
The customer is always right.
In the future, I planned on using TeamViewer commercially w/ a business & only currently using it personally to “learn the ropes” but the experience has been so awful, I’ve chosen not to IF they don’t remedy the situation as I outlined above.
These are only a few problems I’ve encountered w/ them.
If I have legal suit I could file against them, please let me know. It’d hafta to be pro Bono until we win.
