Dear Sir,
I, Rakesh kumar sahoo facing an issue on my internet connection for more than 10 days. I had registered complain for internet connection is not working on 17th May 2020. after couple of days, technician visited my house and checked the connection issues. He told to me that there are permission issue and can not be resolved for next 2 years. I was surprise by hearing this kind of comments and the same i had updated to customer care next day. They said that they will fix in next 72 hours. i was waiting for an issue to be resolved but it did not happen. I have been keep on calling to customer care multiple time in a day and requesting for fixing this issue but every time they were giving the false commitment that, it has been escalated and will get resolved in next day.
During this lock down situation, i was asked to work from home. but due to unavailable of internet connections, i had been to my colleagues place every day and work from there. I have been struggling in past 15 days because of their irresponsible behavior towards customers.
I would like to request here to file a complaint against Airtel and get all of my money back which i pad so far. At the end, Concluded here not to entertain any service from Airtel and also i will suggest the same to my social friends/family/relatives.
