I am having account with Deccan Rummy online gaming site as ‘ravi271281’ and I had huge losses on this site while playing online rummy. I deposit my money using credit card and I submit request for withdrawal but this amount is remaining amount after I stop playing every time. I never earned a single rupees and as I mentioned I had huge losses on this site. Recently after submitting request for withdrawal of my balance amount on this site, they deducted TDS and I was shocked how they can deduct TDS even tough I had continues losses and never gained any single rupee. This TDS amount is INR 4367 from total withdrawal request of INR 10000. There is one more compliant about this company, as I mentioned I had been playing on this site since quite long and I deposit my money using my credit card but in two transactions in March 26, 2023 (two transactions with reference id’s – 600000792689 & 600000792688 for Rs.5000 each (Rs.10,000 in total)) were failed at Deccan rummy site and said amount for both transactions got debited from my card. Now this company is denying to pay or return my money of INR 10000 which was debited from my card but never got deposited in my account on Deccan rummy site. I have been requesting them to return my amount debited under TDS as I never earned any money on their site and always had huge losses and I also requested them to return my money of failed transactions of INR 10000 as it has never credited back to my credit card, but they are denying to return my money. I am now helpless and see k authorities support to get my money back.
