Dear Sir,
I have filed TDR for train 19042 on 13th February 2019. As my train was already delayed by more than 4 hours when it was supposed to depart from Ratlam at 20.10.
Pnr- 2157704277. It got rejected without any reason, when contacted customer service, they asked me to mail care @irctc.co.in for reopening the case. Ticket id – 3091319. No help from customer support, one of the worst experience. My call was disconnected five times by saying we will connect you to aur senior executive. Please help, we are helpless now.
