i checked my tdr status Pnr num 2256859330 ,on http://www.refunds.indianrail.gov.in/refund/refund.ref_status_public and its showing tdr file has been repudiated as passenger has travelled . I travelled to amritsar on 1st feb on early morning at 5 am (approx) with pnr num 6325052431 on amritsar mail how can same person will travel on two trains . i called irctc more than 10 times but not getting any response. Again and again only one thing that we will let you know by mail.
on 7th feb this tdr was repudiated again on 7th you reopen that file now again your customer care saying to re open it on 11th feb as 2nd time again this is repudiated . This is the mistake of railway how can they mark travelled if i was not present in train.
