Text of Complaint by Nitin Pachange:

Dear Team,

My name is Nitin Pachange, Employee ID: 1357718.
From past 2.5 years company promised me for Engineering process , but not given.
Even updated higher education then also not got Promotion & Hike, plus PF not updated.
Upset with management & when escalated , suspended on false charges.
And calling for Bpo process instead of engineering process.
And  paying 20% salary instead of 100% after 6 Month of suspension period,
Which is totally unfair as per law.
Kindly solve & look into this matter seriously because , my last hope is Labour court.
