My son purchased 55 inches TaCL tv from reliance digital Visakhapatnam in the last year i.e 2020 with extended warranty paid with extra amount. In the month of july this year TCL tv getting problem with blinking the screen in the top of left side. Immediately I made a complaint in local tcl service center. After One week technician came and examined the tv. He said problem with screen . It will replaced by 15 days free of cost. We waited more than one month. I followed up the local service center people but they are not responding. Then I contacted company call center and gave a complaint. After 15 days I called them they said that the tv was replaced with a new piece same model or higher end. After one month local service center people sent one tv in the place of old one used one. I asked technician why you replaced old used one. He said it is better tv compare with old one. After installation the tv was not working is not good no depth in colour and lighting apart from the sreen is dark one side. The technician accepted the problem. Then I send a email to the support team. After 10 days the same technician came and try to solve the problem but he could not done. My problem was not solved. Then I again spoke to tcl call center they said that replace one part. I demanded to replace my tv. But they are saying one part is damaged we will send damaged part. This was happened in the month of october 2021. Till today they did not sending the part. I called them 1 st week of november they said please wait another week. Then I called them 3rd week of november again they said before month ending. Yesterday night i called tcl call center they said that your replaced part is refused. Then I asked what is the reason. They said that we don’t know. This was happened with TCL from the last four months. I request you to arrange replace my tv with a brand new peace or refund my amount within a week. I asked them to arrange rs. 10000/- towards my mental agony and other expenses.
